The Enhanced Threat Intelligence Subscription includes all the items described in the Basic Threat Protection Service and the following components:
Analyst Access
Customers can directly access an iDefense security analyst via phone or email to inquire about a specific report or customer issue during normal operating hours.
Weekly Threat Report
Research and analysis of recent trends in worldwide cyber threats, cyber crime, and terrorism and Homeland Security issues. Delivered via e-mail and pdf file, available in a searchable archive on the portal. Also sold as a stand-alone product.
Rapid-Response Intelligence Reports
VeriSign will perform analysis on code related to exploits at the request of a customer. Results provided in a written report and conference call. May include remediation or workaround strategies. VeriSign reserves the right to publish information from code analysis, excluding customer references.
Bi-weekly Topical Research Papers
In-depth analysis on a specific issue related to cyber security such as geopolitical activities, Internet browser exploits, malicious code attack targets. Report topics determined two weeks prior to publication. Delivered as a pdf by email and via secure conference call. Request a sample topical research report.
Bi-weekly Threat Briefings
A summary of intelligence report activity and discussion of specific issues and developing trends with special focus on Microsoft security bulletins. Delivered as password-protected, secure conference calls.
