Focused Intelligence Reports
In-depth, customer-specific research related to cyber security in response to ad hoc requests. May include custom white papers, in-person or teleconference briefings, and customized reporting on specific issues. VeriSign reserves the right to reject a request if, in VeriSign's reasonable judgement, the request is not consistent with normal VeriSign business practices.

Designated Analyst Resource
Up to five predetermined customer contacts have direct access to a designated analyst to discuss trends, submit suspicious code for analysis, ask questions about workaround strategies from a report, and request additional, unpublished information. Available Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET).

Phishing Take-down Service
Each month customers can request a set number of detected phishing sites to be taken down using VeriSigns Phishing Take-down service. There is no additional fee for this request.
